Thank you for placing a preorder with us! Please review our cancellation policy below, which applies to all preorder items:
All preorder deposits are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel a preorder that was secured with a deposit, the deposit amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
If you cancel a fully paid preorder before the item ships, you are eligible for a refund minus a $5 cancellation fee.
The $5 fee covers administrative and processing costs.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be subject to our standard return policy, if applicable.
